I wrote my first story in second grade. It made some kids laugh. I’ve been writing ever since.
I’ve written for magazines, newsletters, newspapers, businesses, people, the internet and schools. But what I enjoy writing the most is middle-grade novels. I love writing stories with action, adventure, mystery, a hint of humor, and a touch of fantasy.

I’ve been a writer for what seems like forever but I’ve been married a long time too. I met my husband when I was 14 (although we didn’t get married until lots later).
I have two incredible kids who are growing up too fast and will one day be older than me. (I stopped aging several years ago. Yes, I do get to decide these things.)
I also have an obnoxious dog that never ever stops barking.
